Dear Marlene, I wanted to update you on Henry’s progress since you last saw him at the start of the year. He started gentle sprint training at the beginning of April and quickly returned to form, He got gold in both 100m and 200m at Wiltshire county level running against the year above. I can’t thank you enough for the excellent start that you gave Henry in his rehab. He was able to build on that with confidence and the results have far exceeded what any of us could have hoped for this season.

Just completed the Bounce Back Level 1 back course. Thanks Marlene for the precision coaching. Really found the graded, unique exercise programme such a help to improving my core control. Would recommend this course to anyone wanting to improve their back health and be guided by an expert physio.

Highly recommended Marlene, she has helped me out a lot after injuring my back. Very professional explaining what I needed to do and how things helped. Fingers crossed I won’t need a physio again but if so I will be returning.
