Marlene Smith (Owner) - Physiotherapist, HCPC
Marlene Smith is a highly experienced clinician with over 30 years in musculoskeletal health. She qualified in 1994 from the University of Pretoria and gained extensive expertise working in the South African military and National Health system from 2000 to 2010.
Since establishing her private practice in 2010, she has focused on delivering disciplined, evidence-based, patient-centred care. Marlene has particular interest in lumbar pelvic instability, lower back pain, hip issues, and knee disorders.
Known for her accurate diagnostics, clear treatment planning, and commitment to lasting outcomes, she is widely respected for her professionalism, integrity, and consistent clinical results.

Victoria Gay - Physiotherapist, HCPC
Victoria Gay qualified from St George’s University in 2011 and began her career in the NHS, completing band 5 rotations in elderly care, respiratory, neurology, and rehabilitation.
After several years gaining broad clinical experience, she moved into private practice to balance her work with family life, joining Movement Solutions Physio Ltd in 2021.
Victoria is qualified in acupuncture and has recently trained in the use of a class 4 laser to support advanced treatment options. She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in helping patients with neck and back problems.

Jo Greene - Physiotherapist, HCPC
Jo Greene qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Southampton University in 2008, beginning her career at Salisbury Hospital before moving into private practice.
She has extensive experience treating a wide range of clients and conditions in reputable clinics. Alongside her musculoskeletal expertise, Jo is trained in medical acupuncture, DMA clinical Pilates, remedial Pilates, the Sarah Key method for back pain, and myofascial release.
Jo takes a thorough, holistic approach that looks beyond the site of symptoms to identify underlying causes. She works at Movement Solutions in Tidworth and Physiofactor in Chilmark.
Combining skilled hands on treatment with tailored exercise, posture advice, and long term self management strategies. Jo is dedicated to resolving issues at their root, supporting recovery, and preventing recurrence.

Rachel Kavanagh - Receptionist
Busy mother of 4, Rachel Kavanagh has worked as the part time receptionist for the clinic for over 3 years now.
But to call her a receptionist is a bit of a misnomer as she is much more than that; she is the lynch pin of the clinic, not only providing a friendly and efficient service to our customers but also supporting the physiotherapists and masseuses and looking after innumerable administrative duties all in an effortlessly unflappable manner.

Lovish Gupta - MPT Physiotherapist
Lovish Gupta is a dedicated musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist with a diverse clinical experience across a wide range of conditions, currently working with both MSK and neurological patients.
His approach focuses on delivering personalised, patient-centred care that supports individuals in improving their function, independence, and overall quality of life. He is passionate about empowering people through education, movement, and rehabilitation, helping them achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes and places strong emphasis on ethical practice and staying up to date with the latest research to ensure his treatments are evidence based and effective.
He strives to create a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, understood, and motivated throughout their recovery journey.
Lovish started at MSP in 2024 and works part time at the clinic 3 days a week. He also works at the Neuro Wellbeing Centre, Swindon.

Ellie Millings - Masseuse
Elliie Millings works one day a week at Movement Solutions Physiotherapy Ltd and is qualified as a level 5 soft tissue massage therapist.
She has been practising for 4 years and has been working with the clinic since October 2023. She also runs her own business, Ellie Millings Massage Therapy, practising out of the Andover Leisure Centre.
A dynamic and passionate individual she has a particular interest in helping clients recover from injuries.
